Privacy Policy
Effective September 11, 2026. OpenLogs is built to keep useful history available to the people and systems who create it. This policy explains the information we collect and why.
Information we handle
When you create or use an account, we handle your email address, authentication and security records, workspace membership, and the logs, files, integrations, and other content you choose to store. If you join early access, we also store the email address and optional project details you submit, together with your consent timestamp and a limited request user-agent record.
How we use it
We use this information to provide OpenLogs, authenticate users, deliver requested account and security emails, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, respond to support requests, and understand early-access demand. We do not use the early-access form to subscribe you to marketing messages without a separate choice.
Service providers
OpenLogs uses infrastructure providers including Amazon Web Services for application hosting, storage, database, and transactional email, and Vercel for the public web delivery layer. Providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their applicable terms.
Retention and choices
We retain account and workspace information while it is needed to operate your account, provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations. Early-access information is kept for launch planning until you ask us to remove it. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information by emailing support@openlogs.io.
Security
We use access controls, private networking for the production database, encrypted service credentials, and bounded request handling. No online service can guarantee absolute security; please do not store information in OpenLogs that you are not authorized to share.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as OpenLogs changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@openlogs.io.
