Terms of Service
Effective September 11, 2026. These terms describe the ground rules for using OpenLogs, including the public API, workspace, SDK, and early-access program.
Use of the service
You may use OpenLogs only for lawful purposes and only with content and integrations you are authorized to operate. Keep account credentials and API keys private, use the narrowest permissions needed, and tell us promptly if you believe an account or key has been compromised.
Prohibited activity
Do not use OpenLogs to send unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, violate another person’s rights, evade rate limits or access controls, probe another workspace, or interfere with the service. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the content you submit and for the permissions needed to process it. You grant OpenLogs the limited operational permission needed to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as part of providing the service. Keep independent copies of important records.
Early access and changes
Early access is exploratory and may change, pause, or end. Features, limits, integrations, and availability may change as the service develops. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service usable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available.
Disclaimer and liability
OpenLogs is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing automated or retrieved context before acting on it. Nothing in OpenLogs is professional, legal, medical, financial, or security advice.
